Lund’s Swedish Pancake Mix, Deliciously Thin & Light Pancakes, 12 oz, Traditional Scandinavian Recipe - Easy Mix for Breakfast or Brunch [Pack of 2]

I've been using Lund's Swedish pancake mix for over 20 years. I like thin pancakes and this mix is hands-down the best out there. You can adjust the "thinness" of the pancakes by adding more/less water (or milk). I've also made the Crepes Suzette Sauce recipe on the box and it's delicious. It's hard to find in stores anymore, so I started ordering it from Amazon and have never had quality issues.

This one is the best in texture and taste. I can say this cause I’ve tried 5 different brands sold in Amazon. It’s very delicate so be careful when you turn the pancakes for they tear easily. Use about 3 Tb of oil and anti stick frying pan will help. Preheat the oil for 5 mins on medium heat. Pour in 1/4 cup of the batter and fry for 2 minutes. Very carefully to loosen all around the sides and center until you can confidently sure you can flip over. Then cook this side for just a minute. Enjoy with sliced strawberries and whip cream. Delicious!

This is sooo good. Kind of like thin pancake or crepes. Use to be able to buy it in-store, now I can only find them online. Delicious.

Yep, I'm Swedish/American and grew up enjoying these amazing style of pancakes. It's actually difficult to find these mixes in most stores unless you hit up a Cost Plus Imports or similar retailer. There is another popular brand available, but sadly when they box their product, they do precisely that, just dump the mix straight into a box and glue the top shot. If you're going to use the mix straight away, that's fine, but if the mix has been in shipping containers, sitting on store shelves or in your own pantry, you'll find a surprise when you open the box. Yep... bugs. Yuk. Little moth like cotton strands in the corners and little black dots in the mix. What a waste. Lund's thankfully packages their product with a bit more thought and you won't experience this issue. This mix is easy to use and the end result are soft, crepe-like pancakes, just add lingonberries and cream cheese and you're good to go. Many don't use cream cheese, but my wife adds this, bringing an amazingly enjoyable taste and texture to the final product.

I bought the Lund’s Swedish Pancake Mix for two reasons. First, this mix does not contain soy, so the two members of our family with soy sensitivity can enjoy products made with it. Second, the mixed batter is thin and is perfect to use in our heart-shaped Scandinavian waffle maker. Just as good as the waffles we enjoyed in Norway.

Though a little hard to get the hang of “flipping” them.. THEY ARE DELICIOUS!!!
