I've read some bad reviews for this, and so far, I have had absolutely NO problems.This is exactly what I was needing and wanting. The light is pretty dang bright, and the magnifying glassmakes everything pretty big. Takes a few seconds for my eyes to adjust to the glass but only after a few seconds, it's fine. It really helps me with paying attention to the details. I Absolutely love this and will most likely buy another one. :) Remember to clip it onto a flat service so that it doesn't fall and break.Also, make sure when you do move the glass in a position you want, be gentle with it and don't wrench it around like it's going to be unbreakable. anything and everything has it's breaking point. :)

Love this. I like that I can adjust it for what I need. The magnifying glass is great and I love that it lights up. My only complaint is it's top heavy so it will tip over. I put a weight on it and it stays. That's the reason I gave 4 ⭐️ instead of 5. I do like the size. It's not big and bulky and doesn't take up much space.

My eyesight was getting bad and I can’t read fine print much anymore, so when I came across this, I thought it would be something neat to have around. Was able to work on tightening up my glasses without having to hold a magnifying glass. Gonna use this for threading needles and other stuff where I need both of my hands.The light is super bright. It looks like it has 5 levels of brightness where you can control from the built-in switch on the cord. When you first plug it in, it’s blinding bright, so watch out for that if the light is facing you.I like that it has a USB plug, so you can have it on your desk area where all the USB outlets usually are.The only con is how hard it is to open the clamp (had to use both hands), but my husband said that is a good thing because you want it to be strong and sturdy, and overtime the clamp should loosen up. I clamped it on a glass table to try, but if you’re clamping on wood, I’d recommend using a cloth to protect it.

I work with tiny beads and this light / magnifier makes my work go faster. Very happy.

The LEDs offer plenty of light. The lens offers a decent wide view of your work area. It could use more magnification. The neck bends nicely so it takes up less space when not in use.Now the bad part. The light stopped working after the first use. I opened up the switch compartment and found that one of the solder joints had failed and the wire came off. After fixing it the one next to it popped off. All the soldered connections were poorly done. This was very disappointing.

I bought this to use when working on the extra-fine details in drawings. It clamps perfectly to my drafting table or easel.The brightness is variable which I truly appreciate if I am using graphite-the reflectiveness of some graphite is a pain in the butt with a bright light.Magnification is perfect to keep me from working hunched over with my nose close to the paper.This may seem silly, but I really appreciate that this is bright WHITE in light color. Definitely helps when working with pastel pencils as I can see the true colors I am laying down.
