Finally...
Finally, I found a pasta product that looks like the real thing, tastes good, has good texture and is more nutritious than the other stuff out there! I liked how easy it was to prepare. I liked that I could control the density of the noodle by adjusting the cooking time. Just like real pasta! I cook for myself so I thought preparing a whole bag at one time may be a bit much. So I tried just cooking about 1/3 cup of the dried noodles in an adequate amount of water and cooked for 10 minutes. I was surprised that the noodles puffed up so much as to give me what seemed like a huge amount of pasta! I poured some homemade sauce over the pasta and added shredded cheese. It made a great meal! It was a bit chewier than regular pasta but not much. Next time I will cook it a bit longer. There were no unusual flavors in the pasta either - no bitterness or earthy flavors. Overall, this is a great product that I will buy again!

Do Not Buy
I love to give positive reviews. If something is not so good, I let it go. I could not, not do a review on this pasta. It is absolutely disgusting. I make my own lupin noodles, using lupin flour, but I saw this product and was excited for spirals. I took a taste and it literally broke up in my mouth, no pasta texture at all, and tasted so awful. I spit it in the trash along with the whole pan. Buy lupin flour and wholesome yum recipe. Quick and yummy. Truly, the worst keto product I ever experienced.

Protein pasta tastes great!
I am always looking for ways to get more protein into my diet. This pasta is a great way to do so . . .without always having to always have chicken, steak, etc. The only thing I can it's a bit over priced for the amount in the package. That is why I gave it a 4. The taste is great though, and I love to eat it with steams veggies.

Great alternative to regular pasta
I was hesitant to try it but so glad I did. It's a great alternative to regular pasta. I mean by itself there really is not much flavor at all but put it with red sauce, alfredo sauces and such and its perfect. I was so happy I can also eat pasta dishes not with the family but just use my own pasta.

Flavor is fine, but they become mush after adding sauce and mixing lightly

Are we sure lupine is edible??
Ugh, it had a gritty/pasty consistency and the flavor was not so good either. It needs a LOT of water and it gets thick and starchy right away. I had with butter but now I’m really nauseous. I only had a few bites because I decided not to eat awful food just because I paid a lot for it. My stomach is now cramping and queasy. Are we absolutely sure this is edible? I have no known allergies to trigger but this was just terrible. I’m not new to low carb/high protein pastas and normally love Jerusalem artichokes.

Best available for low carb
I’ve tried about every option out there for low carb pasta. Most- inedible. Some- not enjoyable. This is a smaller bag that most, but it’s more filling than normal pasta. One bag will fill three of us with a meaty sauce, with half a serving left over. The texture is not perfect, but it’s passable. The taste is great.And- it’s manageable to eat this and maintain a 20 point standard deviation if you are type 1 diabetic.

Very good
This pasta is quite good, and when I need a pasta fix, this is my go to. Truth, I have been eating gluten free, and “alternative” pastas since their inception, I have tried them all, and now eat only low carb pasta. For the low carb option, this pasta is my favorite. Just cannot turn to hearts of palm, or those noodle type foods suspended in liquid...my palate cannot tolerant them. I have not tried this product in casserole type dishes, I have only boiled and added to or topped a dish. Not sure how it would bake, i think it would get too soft. The texture is very good, but as with any pasta, wheat or alternative, be careful to not overcook, and air on the side of al dente.
