I had a back op years ago and then injured my back in February lifting a heavy item. The pain when I’ve been on my feet for any length of time was awful also sciatic pain. I bought this and use it while at work. The pain hasn’t gone completely but I can’t believe the difference. I would definitely recommend anyone with back problems to give it a go. I would advise people not to wear it all day everyday as your muscles will become lax. Use it when it’s really needed.

The support is great for when I have long ride. Very comfortable and stops the niggling aches and pains when riding for long periods.

I bought this because of a new job which required me to do a lot of heavy lifting. And O.M.G! I think I would have been seriously hurt without this thing. I am sure it is not meant for all-day everyday use, but it has held up so well, that it is definitely worth the money. I would suggest getting the smallest you can get away with as it has stretched over time. I have had many back supports they have been very uncomfortable, but this one is very comfy. The aluminum stays have molded to my back now, making it a better fit. It is handwash only, which I do weekly, and use a Fabreeze spray every day.

This has two adjustable straps which help if your curvy got a large but it is slightly too big make sure you measure before ordering

I stand for long periods in work and thiss really helps with bugling discs

Lightweight and comfortable to wear and it does work for back pain

Does not provide any relief to my back.I think that it is overrated.
