All the tools you need to do a 3 hole oil change on your Harley. Engine, transmission, and gear case tools are all here and do a great job in allowing you to change the oil(s) without spilling it all over the ground. The filter wrench just by itself makes the whole purchase worth it. If you've ever changed the oil on a late model Harley (namely the 117 ci engine), you know there is no way to use a band or strap type wrench to loosen the filter. Not only that, even if it was installed corrected and is only hand tight, there is no way to get your hand around the filter with enough leverage to spin it off. No only that, if you try to force the issue by using other filter end tools simular to this one, you'll find that not only will you not be able to get the filter off, but you stand a good chance of damaging the cylinder cooling fins. This one fits perfect and allows you to attach it to a rachet to easily remove and replace the filter. The shield does a great job when used with the provided plastic tubing. It collects the oil that comes out around the filter after it's loosened but still has thread engagement with the engine. Yes, you can shove a towel in there but this is much more convenient. The funnel is perfect for filling the engine, gear case, and primary. Simple but perfect for the job!

Great set, and size for your oil changes, very easy to use, and makes life easy so you're not stuck trying to figure out how to get the filter out without creating a huge mess, and pouring the oil back in afterwards.

So I recently purchased my first Harley, a 2005 Road King Custom. I've done most of the repairs and maintenance on every bike I've owned for the past 35 years, and plan to do as much of my own as I can on this one. With that in mind, I ordered this set (oil filter wrench, oil filter drain funnel, primary oil filler funnel, standard funnel and drain plug o-rings). I am more than pleased with how the oil filter wrench (which has a small cutaway to avoid damaging a sensor close to the filter) and the oil filter drain funnel worked (did not spill a drop of oil on the bike or the floor), and the standard funnel is a great size for refilling the engine and transmission. HERE'S THE CAVEAT: After draining the primary chain oil and removing the derby (clutch) cover to refill the primary case, I discovered the funnel provided in this kit is about an inch and a half too small to fit the opening in the primary case (see photo). Fortunately, I was still able to refill the primary case using a skinny funnel and a little patience and managed to not spill a drop. Afterward, I did some research and found out that the opening in the primary case for 2005 and earlier HD Twincams is a different size from the 2006 and later models. I requested a return from HDBUBALUS hoping to get the correct size primary funnel. They sent me an entire replacement kit (conditional on my returning the first one)...but it was the exact same kit, with the exact same primary funnel. I'm going to reach out to Amazon and HDBUBALUS one more time to see if I can get the correct size funnel. Even if I can't, I'm still happy with this purchase, and the parts of it that worked as intended are worth the price I paid for the whole kit. With this one caveat, I would definitely recommend this kit to a friend. TL;DR: Great tools at a great price, but the primary funnel won't fit a 2005 or earlier Twincam.

Funnels seem to work great I haven’t used the filter wrench yet, but it seems pretty good quality for the price
