Arriated my lawn naturally without the physical need to
Excuse my review photos as they both have my daughter in it, but I wanted to show how beautiful my grass came. And this is the FIRST time I have ever did my lawn and I am quite proud. This product did exactly as it was supposed to instead of me having to physically aerate my lawn this is what I went with and the liquid aerator was perfect. It loosened the soil the grass seeds could take root easier resulting in the beautiful lawn that I now have. I followed the instructions on the label, EXACTLY as it stated!!! It does seem a little pricey, but when I compared & tried other brands, this one worked the best and did as it should. So the price didn’t bother me as much since I finally got the results I was looking for by helping my grass seed actually grow and grow better. I would definitely recommend this

Great customer service
I just used it yesterday so i've not yet to see results but i really like the customer service part.. The bottle was gone quickly so i reached out to the company and Andrew Saal (the head of the company) reached back with explanation on how to use it and offer me a solution and how to use it. so for other folks, to help with using it here's what to do:I need to explain that our hose end sprayers are calibrated differently than "the other guys." We have them set at a 1:64 ratio now. We actually slowed them down from our original hose ends that are grey and white. The grey and white sprayers are 1:32 ration. Therefore, when 8 gallons of water goes through the sprayer, the bottle is gone. From a timing perspective that is between 4.5 and 5 minutes. You have to move quickly and you only want to wet the blades of grass with our product. There isn't a treat of burn out, but you are wasting product if you don't move quickly. This is why you water the product in after or wait for mother nature. We actually just did a video yesterday explaining this and it will be on all hose end products in the next two weeks. I have an 8,000 sf yard myself and I assure you I can get it all covered. However, I take the following steps: I turn my water on a 1/4 of the way, I have a plan and I move fairly fast standing in the middle of the lawn, moving backwards and wetting all surfaces.

Works as advertised!
I use this product as an addition to my annual maintenance. This year I used it to close out the season prior to the winter months. My thatch issue was pretty bad and had been for some time. I followed the instructions and completed several applications over three weeks. The result was a healthier and greener lawn. As a matter fact, my lawn was the greenest and we were in a drought and I didn’t water my lawn outside of the recommended 20 minute soaking after application. Game changer! Thank you.

Product had zero effect on thatch
If this product were advertised as a fertilizer that helps green up your lawn turf then I would say from my experience with it that it’s an okay product, but it’s marketed as a thatch “busting” solution and in that aspect this product is a fail. I bought the first two bottles at a big box store and the refill here on Amazon, followed directions with each application and re applied per the directive to do so on the bottle. I haven’t seen any thatch being dissolved or any “breakdown” of it. If you want to remove thatch then you’re going to have to use a thatch remover or you can avoid thatch in the first place by bagging your clippings - and this is what I’ve gone back to doing. If you’d like a bit of a “green up” in your lawn and do it with the microbes and such in this liquid then go for it, but don’t expect it to do anything for thatch. Of note I used this on Bermuda grass which is a fine blade warm season grass that grows well in sub tropical climates like where I live in Georgia about an hour outside of Atlanta.

Picture on left is before picture on right after.15 ago I killed lawn and moss with moss killer and roundup. Rented a renovator, roller, trailer etc new seed and 2 of us spent entire day to haul everything away down to hard clay soil. This year I got a bid from a landscaper to do the job and he wanted $600.I’m 77 years old and handicapped so doings it myself was not an option. I saw this product and thought at least give it a try. I did 3 applications over a 10 week period. Lawn is lush, ground is soft. Before I started project I couldn’t stick a potato fork into ground within applying pressure. Now the ground is looser and I can very easily put fork into ground at least 3/4 “.I am very impressed on product performance and it seems the micro organisms are still working because each mowing yard seems to be getting better.I give it a 5 star rating and will make it a part of my spring maintenance from now on.
