Love love love
I absolutely love the shampoo and conditioner for my pup! It smell great and because my pup has allergies it helps so much!!! He hasn’t broken out in hives since we’ve been using it! I’ve tried several other brands but either my pup was allergic to them or they dried him out so bad. But this one is our new best friend for bath time!!

This shampoo and conditioner is amazing!!
This shampoo and conditioner is amazing!!! I have tried so many other brands that don’t work! This one works! My dog has severe skin allergies. He scratches and looses the hair on his paws and around his eyes every year. He has dry flaky skin everywhere. I used this shampoo and conditioner once. And my dogs flaky skin was healed. He stopped itching. And the hair grew back on his paws!!! I will be buying this from now on! Thanks

Not the type of Shampoo I hoped it would be.
I was unhappy with the smell of this shampoo and conditioner. It is really thick, and doesn't lather like her other shampoos. It has a very strong Tea Tree smell which I don't care for. It's very thick and hard to squeeze out of the bottles. It is supposed to have a small amount of tea tree oil in it, which isn't recommended for pets in higher quantities and when I looked at the site online it did say that the tea tree oil was under the levels which is recommended for dogs. It says it is not recommended for cats. I was hoping it would have a peppermint smell since it's Tea Tree/Peppermint shampoo/conditioner. I couldn't smell any peppermint at all. I didn't feel I was getting her as clean since it doesn't later much. Even after using the conditioner and drying her, her hair didn't feel "fluffy" like it usually does with a Maltese. She usually smells sweet for days after her bath and her hair is fluffy until time for her next bath. Within two days of using this shampoo, she looked "oily" and never smelled good. This just isn't the shampoo for my girl. It's also very expensive.

I am having a very positive first impression.
I had good results from the Dermagic lotion. Just got the shampoo and conditioner in the mail today and used it right away on my older rescue pom who is typically white, light Grey and blonde. He has BSD and I believe it's caused him to have bad body odor. He also accidently pees on his front legs and paws sometimes. He typically does not like being bathed and has so much anxiety.I drew a warm bath for him during a quiet time with a soft towel soaked in the sink for him to stand on and extra towels all around and had low lighting. He calmed down quickly and allowed me to bath him.The shampoo did lather nicely but not like how sulfate shampoos would. Which was a positive for me.The conditioner spread very nicely throughout his coat and once he was dried off his fur was extra fluffy and smelled amazing. He feels so clean and seems very calm.

Smells great but didn't help with skin issues
It's fine as a shampoo and conditioner with a great smell.

Stopped my Pom's hair loss!
My dog (Pomeranian) has been losing his fur for maybe the past year or so. The hair loss was primarily on his tail and hind legs and eventually started traveling up to his back. When I first noticed it I took him to the vet and they ran a bunch of tests and thought maybe it was hormonal so he took medication to balance his hormones for about six months. Didn't do anything. He wasn't itching and there wasn't anything else wrong that the vet could figure out. A month or so ago I was doing research on a skin condition I'd heard Pom's are prone to called "Black Skin Disease" which can cause hair loss. The articles I read suggested using this shampoo so I figured I'd give it a shot. I've been giving him baths with the shampoo and conditioner every week for about six weeks now and his fur is actually growing back. The base of his tail was completely bald before!! The area on his back where the hair was beginning to thin is also making a comeback. I can't believe it. I also brought the salve and the lotion which I use on his poor bald tail. Overall his fur his looking much better in addition to growing back in the bald areas. Seriously amazing!

Works
My little French Bulldog/Pekingese, Toby, was losing the hair in his back from his neck to his tail. His skin was turning black, and he had a quarter sized spot that was raw and scabbed over. I tried coconut oil for its bacterial and antifungal properties as well as vinegar...but it wasn't enough. I started using this with my regular coconut oil and vinegar treatment. It didn't start working until I began to use this product. His hair has grown back and his skin changed back to pink in most areas. I think his skin was infected with yeast or(and?) a bacteria. I had to bathe him a last once a week sometimes two in the beginning. Use this product is your dog gets yeast in his/her ears and starts to have black fur or black skin. PS...be careful if you decide to use white vinegar and water (don't put it on raw skin it will sting and hurt your little one). It works better if you don't rinse it out, but if your dog can lick it, he/she may get diarrhea.
