Nothing warms my heart, my limbs or my soul like Olbas. Couldn't make it through a winter without it. Have it in my diffuser in my bedroom. Don't use it around my pet or a baby, but for me, keeps me from winter blues!

It is very effective

I love this ! I am never without it. I have allergies, at night I use it to help my breathing and coughing. I love the smell and it keeps my nose from running. I use it on my feet if I am coming down with a cold. On my temples for a headache. A drop in hot liquid, tea or water, to soothe my stomach, especially good for gas and bloating. Or in my morning coffee for a queasy stomach. Sometimes I use it in a diffuser to freshen the air. It is refreshing mixed in massage oil. It is powerful, One drop is enough !
