I have been taking Forskolin for about a week. Its too early to tell if it fights fights fat but when I take this product it doesnt cause any jitters also it does curb your appetite very well. You take it 30 min before you eat and when I go to eat im not hungry anymore. Im using this with counting carbs and so far so good. Usually when I eat low carbs too reach my daily intake I feel hungry but now I feel stuffed with just eating small like an apple or yogurt. Also I dont get hungry between meals.

I am starting on week 7 using Forskolin. I must say, I am quite pleased with this product. I have continued to take two a day and find that my energy in the afternoon is more stable (no longer need a nap).The capsules are an average size and do not have a taste (although there is a slight herbal smell). It recommends you take one, twice a day with a glass of water approximately 30 minutes before eating.Update:I stopped taking Forskolin. My energy levels have decreased and I am back to wanting an afternoon nap.

So far I've lost 3 pounds in the last three days. Definitely does a good job with keeping me full. Yesterday I ate lunch at around 12pm and didn't feel hungry again until around 8pm. Usually I drink water to not feel hungry but I wasn't even drinking water and I didn't feel hungry. I mean, it has only been three days so I don't know if it's going to start slowing down but so far this stuff is great!! Also DO NOTTTT take a pill late because I did that yesterday. I took it 30min before i ate (around 8pm) and I didn't sleep all night! Definitely gives you more energy.

I have been taking this supplement for about a week, my pants seem to fit better. However the biggest change I noticed was an incredible increase in my energy level and decrease in my appetite. As well as heightened focus. I did learn the hard way to not take my supplement after 4pm, I couldn't sleep due to increased energy level. Great product.
