I've found it to be helpful!
I've been using this product when I eat carb-heavy meals only (not every day) and have noticed a significant difference in blood-sugar levels as a result. I think when used appropriately, this product will improve the physical side-effects I've experienced from eating excessive carbs. I often carry a small supply around with me in case I am dining out. Instead of complete dietary restriction, it offers some flexibility to add favorites and 'splurge' foods without totally derailing progress. It's been a tremendous help to me in regulating a healthier diet and pre-diabetes.

Works great!
I was diagnosed as prediabetic a while back. I exercise and eat right and have lost weight. I still crave my carbs from time to time. When I want my carb fix I take 2 of these as suggested and can still enjoy carbs and not have to worry about blood sugar spikes. I love not getting the side effects of eating carbs. These definitely keep my blood sugar in check. I will definitely purchase these again. I always make sure I have some with me when I’m on the go.

Haven't noticed any change
I just don't know if these really work. However, because you take up to six HUGE tablets a day, I think the price alone makes me give this three stars. A bottle of 60 is going to last you 10 to 15 days.

Like everything else in life
I have used this product a little more than a dozen times, and for the most part it has help control my sugar the next morning. Like everything else in life, moderation is still the key with a little help from Sugar Free.

Sugardown is a good product. However
Sugardown is a good product. However, taking 4 pills a day will only last two weeks. I find it to be much more effective with exercise and dieting. I would definitely recommend it.
