Easy to take supplement
This is a great product for those wanting to take D3 K2. The pill size is average size and easy to take. My vitamin d levels have gone up when taking this brand. I'm very happy with this product.

D3 has K2 which is good for heart health. 5000IU is perfect amount and if vitamin D is low in winter, then you can take 2. I like that it does not have extras in it.

Got my Vitamin D levels up on my labs quickly
I have problems keeping my Vitamin D levels above deficient, and this product quickly brought them up. I get joint pain and feel awful when my levels are low. Great product, obviously absorbs well for me (based on my doctor’s labwork). Mental clearity
