Excellent book, written interestingly, with no wasted thoughts or impractical suggestions. Micah has really studied his subjects and is extremely articulate in illustrating his points. In the book he invites you to reach out to him with a promise he will answer, proof that he is walking the talk of customer excellence. So I texted him. He responded. Not canned responses but questions about my organization. You will love this book. He speaks to the best hoteliers in the world and shares their wisdom. He shares the philosophies of Auberge, Ritz-Carlton (my personal favorite), and other great hospitality hotels whose practices have guaranteed them lifelong guests. I will get more time under my belt in this change of industry for me and will contact Micah again to discuss how to share his knowledge and experience in a training venue for my company. I can’t say enough great things about this book. It will be on my shelf as a guide from here on out.
