Great quality. Very comfortable and soft.

I love this compress as it makes my eyes feel well rested and has helped prevent recurring styes that I have especially during the fall or early spring. Also, the tea tree wipes that come with it, remove my make-up and have prevented the build up around my eyelashes due to blepharitis. Great deal for both products.

Replacement for the higher priced mask. It works.

I’ve had several of these and even a couple from the eye doctor. This brand is still the best in terms of controlled heat and comfort.

Used to combat eye swelling and it was helpful

I bought this since I had previously used their more expensive model and rather liked it. But the previous model didn't last me a year even though it was advertised to last that long. I thought I would try the lower model and just buy two a year if it didn't last long. This model did not keep it's heat. The first time in the microwave, great! It was warm and lasted about 10 minutes. The second time I used it it didn't even stay warm for 7 minutes, even though it was heated for the same amount of time. Each day the heat stayed for less time. I was very disappointed and returned it.

Delivered as promised

I like the idea of this dry eye compress, but the strap that holds it on is way too short. As a result, even on the longest possible length, the compress presses uncomfortably into my eyes. I have a normal size head so I don't know what the reasoning is behind this issue.
