I love this Travel Mug, it almost works too well, I made my tea at 8:30am one morning, drove to a theme park (30 minutes away) and it was still too hot to drink, I left it in the car hoping to have some really strong ice tea when I returned later that day. I got back in my car around 4pm and it was barely cool enough to drink from. This is amazing for loose leaf teas and if you live in a colder weather area I'm sure it would hold in the heat from your beverage for several hours! I'm very tempted to buy another!

I gave it a five star because it really serves its purpose. I drink a lot of water and I like my water to be cold, with this mug I can put some ice in it and put it on my night stand overnight and it is still cold in the morning. So, I was impressed. I bought another one for a friend she likes it too. I read a review on this and the person said the mug leaks, that is true, if you do not leave the yellow rubber ring in the mug. Just remove the tea strainer and the leaking stops. Perfect Mug.

The product and color itself is nice. However, when I opened it from the package it had scratch marks and small dents on it. If I were to gift this it would look like its a used product. As far as using it for myself I don't mind. Overall, it's okay I guess ^*^edit01-29-14: the seller contacted me to credit me back partial money for the marks on the travel mug. This kind of customer service will give them another try and referrals. Thanks!

The drink temperature lasted longer than I expected (even in freezing temperatures). The cup is easy to clean up and put back together. I didn't give this product 5 stars because you can't use the the thermos without the tea strainer. It leaks horribly when you don't put on the tea strainer piece.

Keeps tea hot for 4+ hours. The wide mouth top requires slow sips when using as a travel thermos in car. Live and learn-I was wearing my tea a few times when quickly taking a drink while commuting.

I bought it, but if I hit the button buy it again, its cheap, why?also, if it has the beautiful cloth cover, it will be the bestI like to take it on my vacation
