This was great for the first few days, then it started getting disconnected so would be stuck having to search for item because it would not connect to software. Now it doesn't even recognize itself and if I try to reset it software crashes without adding it. For the price range Nut brand has been much better

Works as advertised. Only thing that precluded 5 star was the Bluetooth pairing with my Android phone. It paired, but phone does not show as paired. However, checking menu of device shows everything working normally. I like being able to turn off beeping if device and phone intentionally separated. If lose contact, Google map shows almost exactly where last contact was - could tell when I tested it by going to different areas of my house whether lost on bedroom area or the garage area. I am impressed so far.*** 2nd day: Sorry folks. What looked and worked like a gem the first day, would not pair with my Android, Nexus 6, the second day. Could be all these low cost trackers would not work with my phone. Returned for refund.

I am absolutely in love with this product!! I have always heard of items like this but I always assumed they wouldn't work very well. That's why when I got such a great deal on this one I just had to buy it! I'm the type of person who loses things all day long... Especially my phone. The saying "I would lose my head if it weren't attached" was made for me. Lol! I have actually searched for my phone while it was in my hand the whole entire time. Needless to say I was very happy to try this product! I cannot express how well it works! I use it for my phone so when I can't find my phone it makes a noise to alert me to it's location. In just a few short days this item has helped me tremendously!! It also works well when it's pretty far away. It also helps with taking pictures. All you do is push a button on the device and it'll snap a picture for you. I have 4 kids so it's usually difficult to fit us all into one photo. Not anymore! Now that I have this awesome device all I do is set my phone down and press a button when I'm ready for the picture to be taken. I also love how small this product is!! It makes it easy to use with any device or even to hold in your hand. You do need to download the app to go with it but I was very pleased with how well it works and what's even better is that it doesn't drain the battery in my phone when I use it! It's also really easy to use. You won't need to read a whole book of instructions just to figure it out. It's as easy as downloading the app and your pretty much ready to go. This product would make an excellent gift for just about anyone and the price cannot be compared! I agree with everyone else who wrote that it worked for a short period and then quit working. The app Small Lovely is virtually useless- no product support what so ever.

App was useless and there was no way to directly to attach it directly to a key chain without the use of the lanyard

Overall, the tracker works very well. It helps you find your item by playing a sound when you are within the Bluetooth range, or establishing the last known location if you're out the range. It tracker's battery is only designed to last 6 months to a year depending on how much you use it, and is priced reasonably to do so. For $23, I can't think of a better tracker and $23 is much better than spending $200-$500 replacing a lost iPod or iPhone. We put this on my 11 year old's iPod because he was always losing it.
