Q: This may be a stupid question but it says a pack of 1. Does this mean I need to order 2 packs?

That's correct. Make sure you double check the sizes of both wipers. Many cars take different sizes even for the front windshield. I have a Prius so I had to order 3 of these - ordered 3 years ago and they are still as new. I had a new windshield installed last month and I bought another silicone packet here on Amazon and applied it to the new windshield. Remember you can "dry wipe" every few months for 5 minutes to re-activate the silicone on the wipers.

Q: How well does this work with Ice and Snow during the winter? I live in Colorado and need a wiper that holds up to harsh winter conditions.

I use these in eastern Washington and it about 25 to 30 deg most of the time and they great here in snow and ice.

Q: does it come with the Silicon windos solution?

Each blade comes with a packet of window pre-treatment. The blades are made with silicone added in blade material. (as per PIAA) However they are made it's the only blades I will ever buy.

Q: does it come with the silicone solution?

It comes with a silicone wipe to apply silicone to the windshield.
