Is this Shea butter creamy ?

The texture is smoother than most for a shea butter. It does not have the texture of say a body butter which is thicker than a lotion.

Does this product not come sealed underneath the container lid?

It’s not sealed under the lid but the whole jar itself is sealed in plastic when it arrived

Why is it 10 dollars to ship if the product is 12.99
