PerformanceFoot Dancer/Sesamoid Pad - 1/4 inch Foam Left Foot (10)

I have been using these for seasamoiditis for several months. I have purchased at least 5 different products, been to 3 Dr's, and these have been more helpful than anything else. These have a lot of adhesive, and will leave sticky residue on your foot, baby wipes removes it pretty well. They do also flatten with wear, so they really are a one-use possibly two use item. I recommend these over the felt ones as they stay in place better. I also like that these have a corner folded back so the adhesive cover peels off easily compared to other ones, making them quick to put on. I now have custom orthotics that do basically exactly the same as these, but since I don't wear my shoes in the house I find myself still wearing these.

These are my favorite sesamoid pads but my most recent purchase has some quality control issues. About 40% it is hard to remove the adhesive sticker back. I either peel a thin layer off the sticker but not revealing the stickie part or pull too much and damage the foam pad. See the picture included in the review. Can’t imagine how hard this would be for someone with low vision or fine motor challenges

I have been using these pads for the past 2 years+ and love the results. I have had large calluses on the ball of my big toe for many years and finally in my old age they became painful. Along with treatment my podiatrist recommended pads like this and the difference they make is spectacular. I once again walk without pain. I tried the reusable gel ones and they worked fine but I could not get them to last more than a day or two so I settled on these. Sometimes the paper is hard to peel off but I found a method, using a cuticle trimmer, that works for me.

I use these on my mother who suffers form calluses on the bottom of her feet. She says these are the best and most comfortable for her feet, but they are getting to be costly, I change them every other day.

They work....the only draw back is that they are not reusable.....and they don’t last many days.

These definitely work. I had been buying the regular, traditional diamond wedge shaped pads and cutting them as needed to fit around the fleshy part of the ball of my foot. With these, the cut is already done, and the sticker pad works well. stays on without issue.
