Just what they are suppose to be, works fine
Smaller & thinner that the more common LR44 alkaline battery, so make sure that you have the right size. Just right for a small LED light that I needed replacements for. BTW, these are 3 volt lithium button cell batteries. Since I was only buying for one item this pack is a good size.

I never used before a 3 volt battery this small but my drill a Flipout uses a 3 volt on the built on light and is very strong and bright
