Great book - less sure about the diet
This book changed my life. I love how Aimée is so positive about fertility. I am 48 and a month after reading this book I appear to have conceived naturally! Of course it’s early days and I haven’t done a test yet but I remember the signs from my first two pregnancies and it all seemed to work like clockwork this time round. I followed much of the advice in the book. The affirmations and advice is so great. I think the diet is a bit extreme and I don’t agree with excluding food groups. The kinesiologist worked through some trauma release with me which seems to have meant that I could process gluten etc again and I am following the Real Mediterranean diet now. Other things which helped; faith, a kinesiologist called Paula in Holywood, Northern Ireland who did energy work, a herbalist at the CNM school in London who made teas and herbs, and, crucially, coming off my anti psychotic meds (chlorpromazine). This is a known fertility interruptor. The thing is that Aimée’s advice got me to a point where I was calm enough to briefly do that. The brief window allowed my body to do what it needed to do and ovulate. And so, I think I am pregnant. Even if it goes wrong (there are still risks at my age of course but I am staying positive) I am glad I read this book and highly recommend it because really most of it could translate into any woman’s life and it was an enriching self love journey. Thank you Aimée!

Uplifting
I quite like Aimee Raupp's upbeat personality and this book's tone is uplifting too. I haven't read anything that I wouldn't have known already, nevertheless, I'd recommend this book to anyone on their TTC journey for practical advice and to gain some hope and confidence.

I really liked the part about stress and the techniques listed out ...
I found this book really inspiring. I really liked the part about stress and the techniques listed out for stress relieve. Also the information about diet was really good and easy to follow. This book is easy to read and the author seems very well versed in the topic of pregnancy and fertility. I followed the meditation and eating plan laid out in the book and my ovulation and periods are becoming more regular.

Good, practical advice.
Very informative book full of a lot of great advice. Easy to read/follow. Some of the recommendations may be hard to put into practice but a lot of it can be applied to every day life.
