Q: What’s the maximum recommended footprint for spanning extension rails and couplings on all sides of the mobile base? 44”x72”

I looked in my book, but didn't have a size. The 2 rails are 20" and 2 are 25" with the end wheel frame 8"x8", and about 3" out where bolts go. hope this helps.

Q: How much does it raise the power equipment above floor?

Depends on how much gap you set the feet to have when on the wheels are down. I get between 0.25 and 0.5 inches

Q: What material are the wheels made of? I need something that will not disintegrate over time due to 115 degree summer heat.
