VINEYARD This vineyard was planted in 2002 in honor of our Italian heritage. It is located in the center of the Lodi Appellation on the eastern shoulder of the old Peltier train tracks near our winery. The cool evening San Francisco Delta breezes, warm sunny days combined with the Tokay sandy loam soil produce ultimate growing conditions. WINEMAKING All of the grapes were estate grown, mechanically harvested on September 16, 2011 at 22 Brix, de-stemmed and crushed. Fermentation: cleanly racked after 24-hours of cold settling, inculcate Vin13, fermented at twelve days to dry.
