The Paddle Broke within 5 times of using it, but emailed Customer Service and they sent a replacement right away!Been out there multiple times with new and hasn't broke again

We had some problems with shipping but the made it right. I would recommend them. The paddle is as described and appears well made.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. This was a Xmas gift; just used it for the first time and the blade separated from the handle - AND it doesn't float. Guess what is gone.... :( So very disappointing!UPDATE:Called Amazon, and Amazon was willing to give me $60.79 for a refund if I returned the handle.Called Atoll, the manufacturer and explained my situation. The gentleman I spoke with is putting a new paddle in the mail to me today.Would buy another Atoll product in a heartbeat, as they absolutely stand behind their product!!!

Purchased in November 2016 and less than a year later the connection between the blade and stem disconnected. Glue was noted on both ends which appears to have just loosened over time. Used predominantly for surfing in saltwater which may have been the reason for the failure. Paddle may be better for freshwater paddling.

I am adjusting my review as this company has great customer service. I really have liked this paddle for over the last 10 months , perfect for the surf. Be careful adjusting it though as once you lower it, it can be really hard to move back. I had a shorter person borrow it. Saying that, the paddle I had might of had a problem so the the seller sent me a new one which is more than generous. I would recommend this product. Great for the SUP!

I purchase the Atoll inflatable SUP and couldn't be happier. I purchase the carbon fiber paddle in addition to the aluminum (I think it's aluminum) one that came with my SUP because sometimes my friend and I paddle around the lake on my board and wanted both of us to be able to paddle.This one is better than the one that came with my board, it's really light.I love Atoll!

Love this paddle. I recently purchased this paddle to replace a very high end one that was stolen. At first it appeared a bit heavy but once I used it in realized I didn't even notice the weight.I've used it for sup cruising as well as sup surfing and it paddles like a dream. I will definitely be buying more of these paddles.

I looked for my paddle everywhere but either I didn't get it or someone stole it from my door!!!!!
