2 Pack Remanufactured DELL (Series 9) MK993 Color Ink Cartridges for DELL 926, V305, V305W Printers

This order was for two color ink cartridges. When the package arrived, it contained one black and one color, so I e-mailed the company and received an apology and a promise to correct the problem by e-mail. I responded by thanking them for their speedy response. I then decided to use the single color cartridge I received to replace a now-empty color cartridge in my printer, and discovered that it would not work. It was in fact not compatible with the D-V305 printer. This time, I called the company's customer service and dealt with an uncooperative representative who said i would be sent one color cartridge, not two. I complained about that, but she said there was no evidence that the black cartridge that I had not ordered to begin with would not work. I told her that I had no desire to put another potentially defective cartridge in my printer, but she would not yield. Today that single replacement arrive and, while it did work in my printer, my printer also showed me that the cartridge had less than one-quarter of the amount of ink required to fill it. I have e-mailed the company demanding a refund and informing them that I will not purchase from them again. I suggest that Amazon.com no longer refer any business to this clearly mismanaged company -- not at all what has been my experience in dealing with other companies to which Amazon.com has referred me for a purchase._

A good bargain in terms of price, but since they are remanufactured, one of the seals was not placed correctly and I received a leaky cartridge. It didn't leak out completely, but it was a mess to install and I'm sure I will have to replace that cartridge sooner than expected.

My printer is not recognizing the cartridges as Dell. I have as always purchased my cartridges from Dell in the past. It (the printer) tells me that the cartridges are unsupported. It thinks they are counterfeit. Do you know how to tell the printer to use them? I understand there is a way to fool the printer but I do not know how. I have also gone to www.helpmyprinter.com and tried all of the suggestions to no avail.

This is the second time I have ordered ink from here...it arrives fast and it is great...great price, too! I need great color for my patterns I create for cross stitch and it works just like I want!
