Bought for my sons, read it first and then passed it on to my partner. Amazing book, amazing story and an inspirational story that needs sharing in schools everywhere. This is a MUST read for every man and every woman who has a man in their lives.

Je n'ai pas été emballé. L'auteur parle beaucoup de lui sur un ton larmoyant, j'ai vite décroché. L'idée de base est séduisante, mais noyée sous le verbiage.

Not bad

Very important book. Lewis Howes analyzes the 9 masks men wear (also women wear with some changes maybe ) as a coping mechanism from society's pressure what it means to be a man and hiding true self, emotions and vulnerability which most of the time lead to superficial relationships and a toxic and lonely life. It's a very good guide with practical advice at the end of each chapter for self-criticism, self-awareness and better understanding for fellow human beings and their masks and being able to help to take them off in sake of healing traumas and cultivating loving & intimate relationships.
