Very good quality castor oil. It has a very distinctive scent. I think it's nutty or tree resin smell like scent. This oil is good for damaged hair or dry skin. I preheat the oil in microwave and pre treat my hair couple of hours before shampoo and it just makes my hair so soft. Not to mention it really heals my cracked heels and toes. I know you can mix this oil with other carrier oil but I don't feel the need for that. Just use it straight! You can use it on your eye brows too to help them grow. I have always had very oily, scaly, acne prone skin. Summers are are a very humid 95+ in Omaha, NE. After reading about oil cleansing, i started using Castor, Jojoba, and Argan oil (all this brand) and a little bit of tea tree oil. I oil cleanse about twice a week with this combo, and moisturize twice a day with the Jojoba. Great quality, gentle and effective, and now that i moisturize with OIL my skin is not OILY.. Blackheads and pimples had dramatically reduced. Flaking diminished. Did i mention i no longer turn into an oil slick an hour after washing??

Well, I ordered castor oil. The box said, castor oil. The product I received was jojoba oil??! I've decided after reading about jojoba oil, I'll just keep it. I like using oils for my face, skin, and hair. This oil seems very nice. The 4 star was just because the wrong product was shipped.

Bought it to grow some eyelashes! Boy does it work! You just apply directly to your lashes with a clean finger or q-tip each night before bed. Within a few weeks you will have fluttering butterfly lashes! Don't waste your money on expensive Eyelash extensions that only make your lashes fall out. You may not get instant gratification, but give it two weeks and you'll be amazed what this product can do! Be sure to use cold-pressed organic!

I'm a makeup artist and someone who is just obsessed with cosmetics and skin care but I'm trying to use safer products on my face (unfortunately a lot of cosmetics don't have the best ingredients in them). I use castor oil to remove makeup, to moisturizer, I put it on my eyebrows and eyelashes at night to nourish and grow them. I love how this came with a pump and is USDA organic :)

Ok will recommend very pricey

I wanted to give this time to work, so have waited to review. I am seeing some growth in eyelashes, and definitely see growth in eyebrows. There isn't any change in hair yet, but that does take longer to grow anyway. Love that this is organic and hexadecimal free.

Very good product. Love the feel of my face after. Would recommend it.
