White Satin Gloves (Elbow Length) - Formal, Wedding, Theatrical, Costume Party

I purchased these gloves for young ladies who welcomed guests at the beautiful, Glencairn Gardens in Rock Hill, SC. The town was celebrating its 50th Come-See-Me Festival which began in the 1960s. Reminiscent of the first festivals, high school students donned their finest gowns and greeted guests as they entered the garden. We continued the tradition at this year's spring festival with the girls wearing gowns from the 1960s and the satin white gloves. Perfect!

I bought seven pairs of these for my dancers in a show I'm doing - they're a mix of male and female, and I needed the gloves to be stretchy enough to fit both. These fit the bill, and they look nice onstage.

I ordered these for a performance of A Christmas Carol. They are stretchy, soft and shiny. The stretch makes them one size fits most and the soft and shiny make them very easy to get on and off. That is important for quick costume changes.

These gloves are inexpensive and are for the woman who only needs them infrequently. If they get stained or don't hold up the price is low enough that you can simply replace them. I like mine.
