I’m really happy with this exercise bike! The build quality feels very solid, and it runs smoothly and quietly, which is perfect for home use. The magnetic resistance is strong and adjustable, making workouts challenging but enjoyable. I also love that it comes with an app. The seat and handlebars are adjustable, which makes it comfortable for different users. Good product and service from seller, installation was scheduled very next day and was done within an hour. Product usage is also excellent with Zero noise and occupies very less space. Display screen is big and clear.

it has been a week now in use, delivery and installation were so quick, machine is simple to use, compact in size. dont take more that 80cm length , we put it in the living room and it nicely fits.. the seat is good, and it will not hurt after 30 min exercise. screen is basic but enough, heart rate sensors are working. No noise, or vibrations so far. Hope will be durable product. for that price, its nice catch.

The bike itself is fine, but it broke once and they charged me to come out. Which would have been fine if it hadn’t hardly been used. Then after having it repaired it broke again. It’s still usable but stuck on the easiest setting. I don’t want to pay to have it repaired again and have to do it again when it breaks again so will just go with buy another brand.

The purchased unit was making some noise. The customer support did an excellent job and fixed the issue. Hope the problem wont come agin. They keep maintain the same level of support in the future as well.

i dislike that the chair height is capped at 87 cm and that it cant reach 1 metre the bike sucks for tall people
