Why are people saying this product is not good for silver? I use it exclusively on 100's of silver jewelry pieces weekly and its great!

It says that it will not remove tarnish from silver but it does clean silver jewelry well. A lot of my jewelry is Sterling silver but a lot of it is rhodium plated to prevent tarnish. If you have an item that is pure silver, or a chain, and need to remove tarnish I’d suggest a product made for silver because this product will not do that. I bought this because I have rings with semi precious stones in them. One has become a little tarnished but more dull, It was a light blue topaz ring that I had no attachment to, had itthree years and wore for at least a year strait. I put it in for 25 minutes and scrubbed under the stone (I was worried because topaz is often colored blue and I was worried it could alter the color, and I also wasn’t sure if this. Was right for Topaz. The stone looks AMAZING and is the same color. The silver looks nice and sparkly and the scratches are severely less noticeable. The one part that was starting to tarnish was very easily rubbed off with a Jewelry cloth.

will it clean pearls?

This product is not recommended for pearls.

Can this be reused many times? If so, how many uses?

Yes, you can reuse the product multiple times. This product does have a 2 year shelf life.

Can this be used on Moissanite?

Hi I never used it on moissanite. On bottle it mentioned excellent for gold, platinum, titanium, diamonds and precious stones. Thanku.

Excellent

I had a ring given to me by my grandmother and it always looked like a bland yellow stoned ring. After 30mins in the solution and using the brush included, the ring looks completely different. The solution got rid of gunk I didn't even know was stuck in the back of the ring.
