This product works great. Takes a few workout sessions to get use to because your torso is being compressed but that's expected. I'm able to complete my gym sessions of cardio and weight training with means it's comfortable through all ranges of movement.I suggest washing it first a couple times because it has that manufacturing smell on the material. It does go away after the first couple uses. I also suggest proper maintenance of regularly washing by hand and air drying because it is a hybrid material made with fabric. If it stinks after you use it there's probably bacteria growing in it. ...make sure washing is part of your regular maintenance for this product.

I use this to help support my abdomen while lifting weights. I feel that it works well for a short time. I usually get about a month out of one.

This waist trainer is a great for guys who have had Lipo on abs and flank area, there are very few products out there for men and this is perfect to compress that entire area. Regular fajas for me were too tight around chest and left the abs area loose and this targets the ab and middle section without the full vest. So The addition of the strap to really tighten the entire area for more compression is great. I would only recommend they add the measurements from the different eye hooks, for more accurate sizing, I ordered a size too large. Great product

And the length (from under breast to below my muffin top) is exactly what women like me need to melt away our most stubborn area. I know it’s marketed mainly for men, but women like myself have been needing this length for our issues.Thank you again, so much for making not only a fantastic quality product but an essential product also (especially after this pandemic with weight gain)!!!!

I love how it makes me have better posture! I feel like I am standing up straighter and when I sit I no longer slouch while wearing it!

It's a nice looking waist trainer but my problem is with the quality of the material. I bought a size large but after wearing it on day 2 I noticed that I went from using the 2nd set of hooks to needing to use the 4th hooks which is the final set of hooks for my waist. It's not that I lost an inch but the materials has stretched in just 2 days of use. This is my 2nd week and it's now way too loose to effectively use. It has the straps to help secure the trainer and I need to extra tighten the strap because the waist trainer is now loose for me and without the strap I can put my arm through the trainer as it's not snug anymore.
