Maybe not a quick and easy fix for burnt out bulbs.
Warning: if you are replacing a bulb that burnt out, chances are the socket has corrosion and you will need to replace the socket also!!!!I installed these, they worked for a day, hooked up a trailer, drove 150 miles, sky started to get dark, turn on my lights and notice the trailer has no lights! Tail lights were out also. Blew a fuse. Replaced the fuse, blew again. Pulled the bulbs out and put in the one good old bulb I have. So now, the bulbs are pretty much useless for me. I think the resistance caused by the inner socket corrosion along with the LED bulb current draw will only blow fuses. It could be in combination of having the trailer hooked up, but either way it caused me a serious problem, in the middle of nowhere at 7pm, because these bulbs plug into a socket versus connecting directly to the OEM plug.Haven’t decided if I want to soldier these direct and risk more problems or just go back to a new OEM socket and bulbs.

The ease of Installation and Luminance.
I wanted to tell everyone how easy it was to install these lights. I had a burned out License Plate bulb on my 2010 F-150 and wanted to migrate to LED for every light. I purchased these and figured if they didn't work, i could return them. I live in Michigan and the day i installed them the temperature was 33 degrees. The whole remove and install took me less than 10 minutes. I am also very happy with the brightness of the lights. Very easy to see my plate in the darkest of nights. Great Product!

Easy Install, sort of!
Lights are perfect fit for Ford Ranger 2002, except, there is no plug-in connector on the wires of the new lights, but that was expected. Problem? Not really. Simply pop out the old lights, cut off the connector on the truck wires, strip the ends, apply new connectors on both truck wires and new lights, plug them together, and, WOW! What great, bright, LED license plate lights! The wires on the truck are red and black which match the red & black wires on the new lights. Easy hookup. Not a fast hookup, but relatively simple, helped out by the fact that the truck leads are plenty long. Good luck. (And, being a basic cheapskate, the price was super!) Hope your installation goes well.

OEM fit, very bright
Replaced the license plate lights on my 2010 F150. These appear well built and I like the clear lens over the bulb. These light have a male fitting attached to leads that are about 1.5 inches long. The mating interface of the electrical connection is not sealed from the weather, this could be an issue in a salty corrosive environment. I am happy with the fit and finish even if it is just pieces of plastic. Time will tell for the durability. The non-oem lights I previously installed only lasted 2 years before the outer housing fell off, obviously from using the wrong glue during assembly.Update: January 10, 2020: One dongle wire has already broken which is what I was afraid of. The dongle leads need to be better supported by the consumer, or skip these all together.

Not aimed correctly, but Super bright very effective hopefully they last
Seems very very bright although they are aimed incorrectly and they cannot be adjusted. As you could see they shine up at the backup camera and make a lot more glare making it a lot more difficult to back up. Other than that they are great and bright but I will probably have to put some black tape or fingernail polish or something over it and make it come down a little more
