These capsules seem to help my tummy. I love okra anyway, but never knew it could help with digestive issues.

I eat okra when available, and take these capsules because okra blocks harmful lectins, that can damage one’s intestines. (I take them with foods that are high in lectins.) In addition, they are loaded with nutrients!
