i bought 1 from another seller, authorize by Jura .... it does not say expiry but it seems that it was expired becuase it was discolored and it did not disolve ....

These descaling tablets are white, but the original Jura ones are blue (us.jura.com/en/homeproducts/maintenance-products). What is the differerence?

My original descale tablets were white, not blue- I bought my Jura in 2008 and it is still working great. I always clean and descale when directed. Jura’s has been always very quick to respond whenever (only had to call 6x in 12 yrs) I had a question.
