This is a great product for anyone with gluten intolerance and other allergies
The bags are huge! This is a great product for anyone with gluten intolerance and other allergies. Only 2 ingredients, rice and water. Can be used like angel hair pasta for Italian dishes, oriental dishes (obviously), and are great in chicken soup. Much better buy than in grocery store, which tend to add cornstarch or other ingredients that people with allergies can be sensitive to . I highly recommend these, but does require storage space, they take up quite a bit of room and very tall. So for people that use them almost constantly like my family, definitely the way to go. For those who only use them once in a while, probably way too large an amount.

These are a great item to keep! Everyone loves rice noodles. You can put them in boiling water, or fry them! They're a great addition to your oriental dishes.

Excellent, versatile, instant noodles!
Hey, these noodles are awesome! Just soak them for 2 or 3 minutes in boiling water, drain, & done! Be aware, tho, the 20 ounce package makes a HUGE amount of noodles - probably ten servings - so just break off what u need before u soak them. Drain, & they're ready to season & eat, or add to stir frys, or serve with curry, etc. Or try this noodle sauce (diluted): Lee Kum Kee Sichuan Spicy Noodle Sauce - 8 oz. Yummy!

good choice
Tasty and offered at good price, I would buy it again, beats going to a local Asian store, bulky, so you need storage space.

I have found the best way to prepare Dragonfly Poolee Rice Stick Noodles is ...
I bought the Dragonfly Poolee Rice Stick Noodles "thicker" noodles by mistake, but I can tell you they are outstanding. Now I am ordering these "thin" noodles. I have found the best way to prepare Dragonfly Poolee Rice Stick Noodles is to soak them overnight in the fridge -- no cooking required. I have tried other rice noodles that you MUST boil for anywhere from 3 to 8 minutes. But I find It is very easy to overcook these types and/or wind up with soft exteriors and undercooked interiors. For me, Dragonfly Poolee Rice Stick Noodles are the only way to go. Drain noodles soaked overnight and store in Ziplock bags. Noodles will remain "el dente" until you mix them into a stir-fry.
