Vibration function doesn't work. Tried 3 kinds of batteries and nothing. Music works but it certainly isn't the reason for the purchase.Update: The customer service is amazing! A new insert for the pillow was sent to me promptly. My son lives the texture and feel of the pillow.

Think I’m going to end up getting another for myself. Very soothing. Perfect size for toddlers. Vibrates for two min and then powers off on its own. Just need to press center to turn on. Super soft too!

The vibration mechanism is pressure/weight activated and once it’s activated it’s GREAT!!! However, it didn’t work for us bc our sensory tike has low muscle tone associated with Down Syndrome and couldn’t activate.The company says they have a design modification in progress and I’ve asked to be on waitlist bc the product is well constructed. I do recommend for stronger kids!

I’ve bought this pillow twice and it doesn’t work each time.

The pillow works great, however it takes a lot of hard squeezing to make it work. For my toddler granddaughter that was a challenge. She’s 3 1/2 years old.
