The towel is very soft and we really liked the design of it. It washed well (the seller actually emailed me washing instructions, which was nice) and lets go of sand very easily, which is important for a beach towel. The only downside we see is that it is unravelling a bit already, after 2 trips to the beach. We bought two, and they are both exhibiting this problem. We don't know if it will get worse or not, right now its just in a couple places. Otherwise, very nice towel!

This towel is amazing. I haven't had a chance to use it on the beach yet but it does a very good job as a bath towel as well. The first thing I realized when I opened the package was the softness and thinness of it. Even though it is very thin, it dried me a lot faster than my regular bath towel because of the absorbent bamboo.I know that I'm gonna enjoy using it as a beach towel since the size is large enough to lay on. It is also very lightweight and thin, making it very compact( it's not going to take up all the space in my beach bag). Just like it dried me better than a normal towel, it dries fast itself as well, no more of the moist smell from wet beach towels in my car.I got the Lagoon Blue stripe towel and the color and design is just like it looks on the website, very vibrant and beachy. I am a big fan of Turkish towels and have had a few before, but this one is definitely the best one I've had, I will be buying one for my boyfriend who also wanted a men’s beach towel. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a very practical and absorbent towel!

Very pretty. I ordred several colors—lagoon blue, sport blue, and pebble white black. I like that the back of these has a bit of a more traditional towel feel, as we are transitioning to turkish style towels from traditional terry cloth ones. Above all, they are beautiful and make me feel like my bathrooms are little Mediterranean villas.

I am impressed with this towel, it's absorbent and washed really well. It dried in no time and I think it's actually softer now it's been washed. I love the color and the fringe/tassels, too. I bought it to use on my yoga mat and it's great for that. I'm planning to buy one for my husband as he's been looking for a decent beach towel for a while.

First of all I love this towel! I bought it for vacations as I don't like to carry around a heavy towel that takes a long time to dry. This towel is very light weight, it dries really fast AND it feels like a real towel! No more crappy "quick dry" towels that don't feel like towels.Second of all Mister Alfresco's customer service is fabulous! Amazon shipped me the wrong color towel and the company quickly and promptly fixed the problem. They went above and beyond to make sure I am a happy customer.

Perfect for travel as a bath or beach towel. Dries quickly and holds up in the washer and dryer. Roles up really small. I hate the microfiber towels and have tried and given away 2 types from REI. This is the perfect alternative.

Saying this can be used as a towel is wrong. It took 3x longer to dry than a normal towel ( ecause of the bamboo). Great as a yoga mat.

This is the towel that I choose to bring everywhere. It is soft, pretty and thin enough to dry quickly.
