GloFish Unique Fluorescent Plant for Aquarium Decoration

When I purchased this, I wasn't sure what to expect since I had never used the GloFish merchandise before. I had only recently replaced a fluorescent light for an LED that had blue light capabilities. As the picture shows, the glo effect of the orange is very dominant. (The blue plant in front also glows, but the camera doesn't capture it quite like the orange).The plant itself is a medium thickness and the weighted ceramic bottom is soooo much easier to deal with than the old plastic bases that had to be buried in the gravel to stay put. (Especially in a 24" deep aquarium where reaching the bottom is a challenge!)Not only am I impressed with the glo effect, the price was originally the selling point. I will definitely buy more of the GloFish accessories.

They’re beautiful and vibrant in color. But cane broken and disconnected from the rock that is supposed to weigh the plant down. I still love them, it’s pretty much worth the price you’re paying. My beta is happy and I can tell he thinks they’re soft. He’s been lounging on them since I placed them above his cave.Update : they tore my fish up. His fins started to tatter due to the plastic in this product. Please go with silk plants or real plants ..

I ordered 3, of these, large -more like medium imo. I should have looked more closely at my tank height vs plant height ratio, but I didn’t!The pink:It didn’t glow as much as I expected, so I put it in the background of my tank. It looks more purple under the blue light.The orange:MY favorite! I love the bit leaves. It’s got a nice bright glow!The green:Honestly, I didn’t expect it to glow as much as it did, so I put it in the background behind the pink to make the pink pop more.

Great value for the money. Used them to help hide the heater in my daughtera fosh tank. The color was great. Super vivid pretty soft plastic and matches her blue and pink frozen theme perfectly. Overall im very pleased. With the bottom was a bit wider as far as burying goes but thats just because we did a thin layer of sand instead of gravel so we had to pil the little rocks around it.

Looks good in our glow fish tank. As for quality, I expect it to last a few months. Falls apart fairly easily but easy to put back together. You get what you pay for I suppose.

Bought a glo-fish tank for all the little creatures the kids were catching in the water behind the house that they couldn't get rid of, but couldn't go in the larger tanks. The glofish plants look great. The shrimp like to hide in them. The kids love them!

This blue color doesn't actually glow under blacklight like the others do. Bought them in multiple colors to use as table centerpieces for a glow dance. All of the others glowed perfectly. This one, not even a little.

Very nice quality and vivid color. Weighted bottom makes sure it doesn't float up even sitting on top of the gravel. Very realistic weight decoration looking like plant root. Added the "pop" I was looking for in a 30G aquarium. Not looking for the Glo-Fish type stuff, but looks great in my standard white LED lighting.

Great product! Absolutely love it. All my other plants are from the same company and they glow perfect under the blue light! Thanks will buy again.

They are cheap and look great in the light. Mine donot glow at all. Under a plant grow light all day and blue LED at night. I bouught 3 and they Do Not Glow. But they are cheap and look nice so 3 stars.This product could have been exactly the same. Remove Glow from the package and i would of given it 5 stars.

Really reasonably priced and good quality. Looks just like the picture- beautiful blue with some green roots attached to a stone coloured base. The fish loves hiding in it and it feels very soft (not pokey). Spreads out a little more than the picture but still has a “full” look.

Looks great and glows under purple led the best. Well weighted. Spreads out nicely and sways naturally with any current. Good product for the price. I highly recommend.
