I alternate this with the IMAGE Vital C facial Cleanser and my skin looks beautiful! Helps to diminish fine lines and wrinkles with regular use. You only need a pea-size amount to cleanse your entire face so the bottle lasts a LONG time! Scent isn't that pleasant but the way it leaves your skin feeling is wonderful! It takes make-up right off without irritating my skin or leaving it feeling dry.

I've been meaning to do a review for some years now! So here goes... I'm a licensed esthetician who was first introduced to Image when I was in esthetics school. While in school, we are introduced to a number of cosmeceutical lines so that we can try them and determine which are best for our clients. Since then, I've tried a number of high end lines and I always end up comparing them all to Image. I've used Image Skincare on clients, friends, family and myself for the past 7 years. I LOVE this entire line, but the ageless cleanser is my favorite. I have normal-oily skin so this cleanser keeps my skin's ph balanced, pores refined, and oil under control. After cleansing my face with the ageless cleanser, my skin feels tight and tingly. Just like I like it! The ageless cleanser really lives up to it's name. I've found that when used regularly, your skin will actually look more radiant, smooth, and brighter. Remember to use a moisturizer afterwards!!! This cleanser is also great for preventing breakouts, although it isn't advertised to do so. What I love about Image Skincare cleansers is that there is a cleanser for ALL skin types. I switch up my image cleansers based on climate and skin needs. In the summer time, their Vital C cleanser works wonders on my face after being out in the sun. It's like giving your face a tall glass of orange juice in the morning. It feels so revived, moisturized, plump and glowy. If you have sensitive skin, I would not use the ageless cleanser everyday! My mother uses it 1-2 times a week with her clarsonic and uses the Image Ormedic cleanser the other days. This seems to be a wonderful regimen for her. The ormedic cleanser has some really great ingredients that cleanse and exfoliate without harsh chemicals. I give a A+ to this cleanser and to the entire skincare line!!!! Mix, match, and create the regimen that works best for you, there's plenty of great products to choose from and they're ALL amazing!!!

I was introduced to this product by a friend who is an aesthetician, who was practicing some facial techniques. He recommended this product as a follow-on for the light chemical peel. That was two years ago. All I can say is, wow!! I had occasional problems with light blackheads and enlarged pores, nothing serious, but noticeable. My skin could best be described as combination. Slightly oily in places, dry in others. Total Facial Cleanser has solved it! Being a mild glycolic cleanser, you do get a little tingle when you use it. That's how you know it's working. A little goes a long way, and if you are a first time user, or have slightly sensitive skin, you'd want to make sure you don't leave it on too long. After awhile, your face does get used to it. After my first week of use, I started getting compliments on my skin and "youthful appearance", lol. Kind of embarrassing. I noticed that pore size was much reduced, and the texture of my skin was so much smoother in the forehead and nose. Visible smile lines have been reduced, and even a light scar on my forehead has been minimized. Because I shave with a razor, not sure if it has affected those areas of my face, but I think it has. As a straight ahead cleanser, it's great. I play hockey, and it gets every bit of sweat residue and accumulated oils off, every time. A cool splash of water afterwards, as recommended, and you will not need an additional toner. I live in the desert, and this cleanser does tend to dry out your skin a bit. A light moisturizer might be a good idea if you have dry skin. I don't need it. For the money, Image Skincare Total Facial Cleanser can't be beat. A 6oz bottle will last forever if you use a 'pea-sized' amount as instructed. You'll notice better skin tone and texture. Highly recommended!!

I have always had sensitive skin and acne prone skin since I was in my teens. If I find a skin care product that treated my skin good, then I would stick with it. I was originally recommended to use this by my aesthetician 8 years ago. I have used other products such as Neutrogena, Cetaphil and White dial, as all of these were recommended to me by my Dermatologist and PCP through the years. I am now 39 and I’ve had pretty clear skin except for the occasional pimple or two for these last eight years. My skin itself feels very nice as well. The smell of the product really isn’t that bad. I have ordered this product from Amazon just once and the packaging that it came in was exactly the same as if I bought it from the Cosmetic surgeon/skin cares office where Ive been going for eight years. The cellophane wrapper even looks identical to the cellophane wrapper when I buy it from there. I only need to use about a pea size or a little larger, when I wash my face. I use this on my Clarisonic brush. A little really goes along way. For me a bottle last about three months. I am very picky about what I use on my face. If I find something I like a stick with it.

I'm not sure if Image had changed the formula for this product from when I first discovered the products back in 2013 but I feel like back then the potency of the product or the quality of the formula has diminished since then? I don't know if anyone else feels this way or if they really had decreased the formula in some way because my face would feel SNATCHED after using it. And I loved that feeling because it convinced me that it was doing what it was meant to do. Maybe it's because I'm ordering it through Amazon and not directly from Image itself and I'm getting some knock off product but I looked on Images website and they say themselves that Amazon is a certified distributor of the line so I don't know what gives but nonetheless I love Image skin care I've been hooked on it and believe in it ever since I graduated/licensed from esthetics back in 2013. Like I ate breathed and dreamed of nothing but Image Skin Care definitely worth delving into the rabbit hole that it can be and working with the very flexible and interchangable products it offers.
