Good solid product
Great shelf brackets, a nice positive lock and release. The supplied screws and wall plugs were a very nice and unexpected plus!

Decent but not perfect
Works greats, Build quality is not the best with holes lining up and brackets aren't straight but playing around works out fine.They also come with screws and wall plugs which was a surprise but I used my own since I mounted a desktop.

White Model received used with dents and scratches
This is regarding the White Model only.I received a used unit with remarkable dents and scratches. I ordered another one and received a similar condition.However, I returned both units and order the stainless steel model, which is no doubt way better.I don't recommend the white model because it's not heavy-duty.
