Not happy with packaging. Sure, fast delivery, but product broken before it was package. As soon as I opened package, the 2 Zils fell out. in looking in package there was a loose piece of wood, which did NOT fit in the part where a piece fell out, where Zils were missing. Thus, I had to "glue" the piece of wood over the place where the missing wood was. It didn't fit, but it glued in ok. I believe the sound of the instrument will not be diminished due to this gluing, but I'm not an expert on tambourine sounds. HOWEVER, who ever mails a delicate instrument without any padding? Certainly would NOT buy from this seller again. I did not try to contact seller or return product. My time is more valuable, than the cost of the instrument. I can still use this in non-public setting, but will always worry, it will come apart worse.

Love it, I have no complaints. I bought it for my daughter for church she love it.She love playing it at church.
