Product quality is acceptable. Material used and finishes are not quite there. The rare break plate constantly touches the brake pad when loaded, it is not properly aligned and affects the smoothness of the ride.Not bad and if you are looking for a scooter that you and your kid could enjoy from time to time, then fine. Otherwise there are better options for lesser price.

I bought two of these scooters one in December and one in January for my two boys. The first scooter was the correct one although the suspension has broken (it still works though). The second one was a completely different product. Had I not bought two of the same product, I may not have noticed and would have put it down to being poor quality. It is much worse quality, seems to have been a DIY build. I contacted the company as by the time my son had opened his present, it was too late to return. Their response was to say sorry, they had run out of the original product. No offer to replace / return and now it is impossible to contact them. Very disappointed that companies like this are able to mislead buyers and continue to sell on Amazon.ae.
