It is hard to find the fresh Scotch bonnet peppers to make the best ox tail ever, but this product is the best substitute ever! I use it in a lot of my Jamaican dishes for that exact kick. For people that don’t like it hot, this product can give you the perfect spice balance.

I'm a Caucasian woman who loves to cook, and loves to make many cultural cuisines. And I love heat! I make many Jamaican, Korean, and Haitian dishes. I live in Alaska and have very limited options for hot peppers/scotch bonnets.THIS IS MY GO TO NOW! It keeps fantastic. You can control your heat. Overall, one of my new very favorite spices! (My husband can take heat, he has said a few times I've overdone it though. So know it's hot. Don't over shake!).

Great heat but missing some of the flavour of the pepper.. Only takes a small amount to kick up whatever you're made it. If you can't get fresh Scotch bonnets or habeneros I would highly recommend this but fresh is always better.

A little goes a long way. It was caked a little, but I expect it. It has a long heat that builds to bring it further towards the end. The flavor is much like habanero.

Very tasty! Not too hot. I use it on everything. I can't imagine how many scotch bonnet peppers to make one container. I think its a good valueOnly be careful opening it, power can get in the air easily
