I enjoy specialty topic cookbooks, this did not disappoint.

I LOVE sweet potatoes! This book has many more different recipes than the traditional "candied sweet potatoes" recipe served for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Sweet potatoes are a much more versatile vegetable than we thought, is available all year around, and is a healthy addition to most meals. This book shows it can be prepared without the "high caloric bullet" of the holiday fare. This is a very nice cookbook. I LOVE SWEETPOTATOES.Many interesting recipes to try! If you eat sweetpotatoes get one!

Has a lot of very interesting recipes. It will take a long time to try all of them. The only drawback to the book is a total lack of pictures (both black and white & color).

I have not made any of the recipes yet. Looked thru the book and found some that I plan on starting to make on a few week. My dear husband just harvested a wheel barrel full of sweet potatoes. Oh my is this book going to come in handy .

Everything I have made from this book so far has been great, the only down side is a few of the recipes are very similar in terms of the ingredients and taste. Otherwise great.

Habe die Rezepte nicht getested weil sie in mir keine Neugierde erweckten. Das Papier ist billig und ohne Fotos. Manchmal könnte man glauben sie haben einfach Kartoffel durch Sweet Potato ersetzt.
