Won't buy these again.
I thought this would be so helpful. (And it could be if the company makes modifications to it). I wore them only for a couple hours, they relieved some pain, which was great. However, the foam in the bottom broke down within a couple hours rendering them useless.

Seams caused blisters
I was so excited to get these as my silicone heel covers broke apart from wear and tear. I thought I would give these a try today, but the seam on one foot kept rubbing my foot on the outer edge. The other foot kept getting a crease in the middle of the bottom of the heel, and it felt like I was stepping on a little pebble all day. I wanted to love these as I felt like they would last longer than the silicone ones. Now I feel like I wasted my money. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is for the fact that the cushioning is thicker. It's the design and where the seams are located that stinks. I have blisters forming from rubbing. I wish I could return these. Save your money.

Good, but not for everyday use!
These worked pretty good for me at work the first couple of weeks. They fit well and helped prevent blisters too. But after about 2 or 3 weeks they tore apart, and big chunks started coming off as I was wearing them. I work long hours that require me to constantly be running and walking, and I was sad to see these be destroyed the more I wore them.I recommend to wear for those sore days, or occasional wear, but NOT everyday.

Surprisingly helpful
I was skeptical. I have heel pain and work as a nurse. These were very helpful and I thought when it was time to take them off it would be painful again. After removing them my heels were not as painful as before. I think these are great and recommend them for any heel pain.

Worked great as padding for my heels while using a rowing machine
Not what these are made for, but I turned them around so the padded part is behind my heels and it does the trick! Before, the back of my heels would be irritated by the constant rubbing against the place you rest your foot while rowing. I think it will still work with bare feet in the summer.

Body Mass
The product did work as stated but I felt the material was a little to flimsy for my body mass. This caused the product to fold under on occasion, this did not prevent the product from being effective and/or its functionality.

Inserts
I am a banquet server, I am on my feet all day long running around and going up and down steps. My inserts helped the first few times I wore them then they became flat. I still wear them for the little support I get now. I also have an issue with the velcro strap; it makes putting my shoe on difficult and it does not stay in place. I did get comfort and relief but it was short lived.

Conford
It was not what I thought I let myself be guided by the comments, it is very uncomfortable because it cannot be used with shoes because it is very tight and that is the idea to use it with shoes in the end I could not use it. I do not recommend it.

Don't waste your money.
I've (unwittingly) bought some rubbish on Amazon before but this has to be the worst purchase I've ever made! If, like me, you suffer with heel pain, you've probably scoured the Internet, looking for something that's effective in relieving the pain. And I've bought a few things now that I'd hoped would do just that - but they've failed. But, despite the money I had spent on those failures I can honestly say that, based on the quality of each product, they were, on the whole, worth the money I'd spent. These heel cushions however...where do I start? As soon as I'd taken them out of their packaging I suspected that they were going to be a complete rip-off. They looked badly made and felt even worse. Despite this, and willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, I proceeded to use them for a few days...and wished I hadn't bothered. They started to split around the edges and, to make matters worse, they had provided no kind of pain relief whatsoever.I can't help feeling that I've been conned.Anyway, I shall keep on looking and, hopefully, will strike it lucky before I have to resort to cutting off my own foot.

Good heel cup
Good heel cup for my sore heels, I working in a warehouse environment so I'm on my feel 10 hours a day, I suffer with heel pain and plantar-fasciitis and these have helped easy the pain (only wore them 1 on my day off, forgot to take them to work so can't comment on comfort in a work boot as yet)Takes a little getting used to as they only cover the heel and don't tapper of on the arch, but after a while you don't really feel them on your arch. Work the money to eay heel pain when walking aroundEdit. Having worn these in my work boots I can confirm they are good. Took a little while to get used to them in boots.

Would definitely buy these again
The most comfortable and the only type of gel support that I've bought that really helps my planters fasciitis. They may look small and they would slip of your foot after your first step....I did but I was pleasantly surprised how well they stay in place.Have worn them under my work boots for 14 hrs shift and my foot felt great.would recommend these to anybody

Insertation achilles tendinitis!
Had trimalleolar break followed by 'ORIF' surgery November 2019 after a year being hardly mobile , I decided to up my game and start a fitness /healthy living as I recovered my accident , we were hit with the pandemic- anyway I was walking around 5 miles a day and kinda forgot I ever had an injury so started to power walk, big mistake i overworked my weak ankle and now can't walk properly, The heel wedge has made things so much better I cant even walk around the house with out it on , its very supportive help with the pain a lot so really worth the money ! I paid 11.99 next day it was reduced to 8.99 , always the way still worth the money.

Helped with pain
I have flat feet, over pronation and plantar fasciitis. When I first put these on walking round the house they were a real comfort and relieved the pain somewhat for my plantar fasciitis. However, after a day or two the fabric and gel seemed to move out of place. Still usable. Not sure if it's the design but there is no gel in the middle and this is where my main pain is. But it did still help. I can't wear these in my shoes for outside as the straps don't fit snuggly around my ankle/foot and end up with gapes either side on my foot so are loose around the sides and then ultimately move at the sole. Maybe if they were a little longer I could put them in my shoes and they wouldn't move as at the moment they do. They are literally for your heel, and don't go to the arch of foot like I though it highlighted in the picture. I have size 7 feet. I would still try them if you have severe pain as they have helped round the house. Maybe I have big ankles so they don't fit aswell?
