1.Qualité du produit conforme malgré un bruit d'entraînement lié, je pense, à l'usure de mon imprimante.2.Très bon contact avec la personne qui a enregistré et envoyé la commande.3. Organisation de la livraison à améliorer : absent à mon domicile, il avait été convenu avec le livreur (courtois) que je le récupère au point de relais. Mais pas de n° de colis laissé par le livreur ; impossible dans un premier temps de retirer le colis. Ensuite, le n° de colis finalement reçu ne correspondait pas... J'ai quand même pu au final retirer le colis mais expérience désagréable...
