Exactly what I was looking for
The media could not be loaded. My daughter just turned 2 years old. We tried life jackets and arm/chest water wings and nothing could keep her upright. This was perfect for her to start to learn how to swim on her own. (I don't take my eyes of her but I don't feel the need to be underneath her every second of pool time). I highly recommend this float. If you have a unbalanced (in the water) kiddo, you should give this a try.

Creating a confident swimmer!
My 3 year old absolutely loves this. From the moment we put it on, she was swimming confidently independently. She just went right into the water without fear, and has been swimming so proudly. I like that the design allows free movement of her arms, unlike the puddle jumper style float, and also allows her to lean forward and practice paddling while still keeping her afloat. I imagine we can slowly deflate the tube (there are two tubes, actually, so maybe just deflating a whole tube) to help her move toward more independent swimming as time goes on. I think she should be doing really well by the end of summer. We are hoping she can swim well before our trip to Orlando in August. So far so good! The only complaint we have about it is the crotch strap. She does complain about it sometimes, and the little pad doesn't really stay in place, so I can see why it's uncomfortable. I try to position it more in the leg area but it moves while she swims, and pulls taught while shes in the water due to her body weight through the tube, so she's sitting on the thin strap right between the cheeks. I think a foll coverage snap-on bottom made of the same material as the vest (like a baby onesie style, so still easy on and off) would have been more comfortable and easy enough to implement in the design (and I would have paid more for that option). I may try stitching the pad in place where it should be, since I don't imagine she will outgrow the strap-size before she is swimming without it, but it doesn't really seem to do that much in the way of padding anyway. Overall, still a great purchase that we have very much enjoyed! Worth it for the proud look on my daughter's face!

Came damaged
It came ripped, so I was definitely disappointed in the lack of quality control. Needed it for my daughter right away so couldn't exchange it. My husband sewed it back together. Works well otherwise. Would purchase again but maybe not on Amazon, lol.

Don’t bother! What a fall from grace!
So disappointed!! I bought one of these in 2020 and it was AMAZING. The most durable tube inside. I just rebought this and the tube itself isn’t even connected on the inside. SO tragic!!! Absolutely devastating that the company has chosen to compromise quality for profits. The tube is so flimsy. Just really disappointing.

Best swim device!
I was very hesitant on what to get my 2 year old this year because she loves being in the water so much. I did not want to get a puddle jumper and we tried a life jacket but it kept pulling her under. I searched and searched then I found this and went with it to see. Life changer!! She LOVES it! It keeps her whole body up and she has now learned to kick her legs and use her arms to swim across the pool! She jumps in off the side and doesn’t go under! The quality is amazing! She is 25 pounds at 2 years old and the ease of use putting this over her is great! She doesn’t fight me or cry. Buy this you won’t regret it!!

Wrong color
Because I need this product in two days I’ll keep it. However, I clearly ordered a blue and green float for my grandson. What I received is pink and aqua. The most important issue will be that it keeps his face out of the water, which I feel confident that it will.

Give kids positive first impression of water
It's a very easy to use and durable product that has adjustaded well to the growth of my child over the course of 2 years. And has held up well to my adventurous and spirited 4 year old.My 2 year old regularly is in most situations very fearful and nervous. When I'd put her in the water with other flotation devices she'd cry and scream after merely 10 minutes in the water. Purchased a second one for her she became so self confident in her abilities and a courage and displayed a self reliance I'd never before seen in her and she stayed in the pool 2 hours!!As always MUST supervise children in water.Definitely recommend this product though for children to build a positive experience with the water.
