This book was such a fun read and yet had that strong emotional undertones to keep readers like myself entertained with the strong connection of Mason and Kat. I loved Dirty Sexy Saint but I gotta say that I LOVED Dirty Sexy Inked more. But who knows, maybe the quiet reserved baby Kincaid brother might be the one to steal my heart and have it on lock down. The writing flowed really well and kept me interested through the whole book! The sex scenes were smoking hot, so be ready! The only problem I would say is that I wished the story was longer and there was more time to develop the characters Mason and Katrina. Mason is pretty much a man-whore who always has someone new in his bed. He's very upfront and makes sure they know it's only a one time thing. Something that stems from his troubled past so he never wants to let any woman to close to his heart. Katrina has been his best friend for 12 years and secretly has a crush on Mason but is too afraid to tell him for fear of rejection and maybe losing her best friend in the process. So she just watches from afar secretly hoping he will see her in a different light. Things change after they wind up in Vegas for Mason's brother Clay's wedding. Mason gets jealous of Katrina dancing on top a bar with guys ogling her and drags her out cave man style. Things happen between them and Mason realizes he has feelings for Katrina but everything was only supposed to be a one night thing. So where do they go from here now? Also Katrina had been raped in the past and she winds up coming face to face with the rapist when he comes back into her life. I felt It was only briefly touched on in the story instead of being told how serious and painful something like that truly is. It made it feel more as just another part of her past and something she needed to get over instead of a very serious and horrible mental experience one would truly have to go through to get on with their life. I loved the best friends to lovers story though and would recommend this book. I started with this one but I can't wait to read Clay's story in book 1 Dirty Sexy Saint and finish off the rest of the series.

DIRTY SEXY INKED is book 2 in the Dirty Sexy series, and can absolutely be read as a standalone. And should be read! Wow, what an amazing story! It’s a friends to lover story, but done perfectly right! Mason and Katrina have been best friends since they were children and he defended her against bullies. Both come from very difficult backgrounds, which helped solidify their friendship for years; their friendship is unconditional. Even though Katrina fell in love with the bad boy when he got rid of the bullies and became her protector, she never acted upon it, because she thought she was not his type, and she would never compromise that friendship. Unbeknownst to her and to a point to himself! Mason was also in love with Katrina, but a weekend in Vegas changed it all…I often have a problem with friends to lovers stories, but definitely not with this one! Both Mason and Katrina had perfectly good reasons to maintain the status quo, and it felt totally right when it changed. Stellar character development took care of that, superb background stories for both characters, a very powerful story, extraordinary storytelling, plot twists that had me gasping, and the last one so realistic, it was scary. Everything was resolved perfectly. And this might not be of interest to many people, but it is to me: how often do you come across a book with perfect syntax, impeccable grammar, and extensive vocabulary.

I liked this one. It was intriguing enough that I turned the pages quickly. The subject matter was a little tough to read. Katrina has more than her fair share of pain in her past but her best friend Mason knows just as well about that. They had a great connection. The scenes were very hot. I like the best friends to lovers story but the self mutilation caught me off guard and it was tough to read although you sympathized with Kat completely. This was my first book from this author and although I didn't love this I would read another from the author in the future.

I actually love this book & Mason Kincaid is by far my favourite Kincaid brother.This book takes place straight after dirty sexy saint and I love that you get to still see the continuation of Clay & Samantha’s story even whilst the focus is shifted onto Mason & Katrina.I’m not usually a friends to lovers fan at all but I adored this one. Who else could these two vulnerable, emotionally damaged and scarred humans learn to love and heal with apart from each other.This book is definitely steamy but also so sweet. There are some beautiful lines of dialogue and they genuinely made my teeth chatter and my heart leap.Also, who knew I found possessiveness hot until Mason Kincaid came along and declared he was staking his claim on Kitty Kat’s heart ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥This was made even sweeter by being able to imagine the characters as they were portrayed in the passionflix adaption of Dirty sexy saint. I read book one. Then decided to continue. These two characters had been best friends for a long time and I wondered how the authors were going to turn it into a novel. But they out did themselves, I loved this book from the first word to the last. A great read.

Mason and Kat have been best friend since he stuck up for her in high school. They have successfully kept each other in the friends zone even though they both seem to be harbouring feelings for each other that would possibly jeopardize their friendship. Neither one is willing to put their friendship on the line for something that may go no where. But sometimes in Vegas lines get blurred & what happens in Vegas sometimes follows you home.I LOVED this book!!!! I fell in love with the first book in this series & Clay became a new BBF but let me tell you I think Mason took that from him ;). This story was so beautiful & heartbreaking as well. It deals with a very real issue in regards to Kat that I figure is more prevalent in young girls than we may think. These authors handled it brilliantly. The story of Kat & Mason going from friends to lovers was spectacular. I just loved everything about it!!

These two authors writing together equals a book that you will not be able to put down.Katrina and Mason met in high school and became best friends when Mason rescued her one day. Since that day they were each other's rock building a strong soul deep connection. For years being best friends was enough and they have never crossed a line with each other until one night in Vegas. A night that put a new light on their friendship. Changing them forever.This book was freakin hot! Katrina and Mason sure knew how to burn up the sheets. They were so crazy about one another. I just felt their connection, really believed it and got invested in it. I loved them together but also loved their own personal journeys.Mason is the perfect bad boy wrapped up in a smoking hot and tattooed package! Abandoned by his parents at a young age with his two siblings, Mason developed a pattern to never get attached to a woman. He didn’t do emotional and romantic. Ever. The one constant in his life is Katrina. The man couldn't get the night of passion he spend with Katrina out of his head.Katrina has been secretly in love with him since day one. She also has her own demons and has been living with secrets and pain since high school she never told Mason. She was stronger than she gave herself credit for. After Vegas, Katrina tried to forget their night together, to pretend as though everything was back to normal, when that was the furthest thing from the truth.I loved both characters and how their story was told. This is well-rounded, gripping, engaging.I can’t recommend this book and the entire series enough to anyone looking for a truly enjoyable well-written read.

Lovely friends to lovers story. I liked the depth the characters were given. Very easy reading. With a sweet HEA.
