Good but not so black its mostly dark gray

This is definitely not black. It is a charcoal gray.. a dark slate gray. The color isn't off because it is shiny, it is because it is not black.It's not even the same color as in the photos.

Not really black- it is a charcoal color with a hint of blue. When combined with a wrapping paper that has true black, it is not a good match. Quality not great either. It breaks easily.

Black does tend to be more of a dark charcoal. The quality is not great. Very thin and breaks very easily. There are little cuts all over the ribbon. Curly it was a pain due to that. If you need a ton of ribbon and quality isn't important, but this. If quality is important, look elsewhere.
