Doctor who inspired tardis iPhone 5 / 5s leather wallet case by Little Brick Press

This case is cute and originally I really loved it. I don't really like carrying a purse with me everywhere I go and usually, I just grab my phone and head out the door. The problem with this is that I would often leave my wallet at home and it had my license and my credit card. So with this case, I am able to put my license and credit card together with my phone and not worry about carrying a wallet. However, there are a number or problems with this case which is why I gave it only 3 stars.First, you cannot fit too many things in it. So like my license, my credit card, and maybe 2 other cards make it pretty full and tight. I can slip a few business cards in there but it is very tight. The cards also do not slide in and out very easily because it is so tight. I understand that it would probably be bulky if more space was added but if it is meant to be used as a wallet then it is not a very good one. I have not had mine for long and it has already started to tear; I think it is because I tried to put too many cards in there. I still really like it but if you have a lot of cards or want to fit other stuff in there (like some cash along with your cards) then you probably will need another wallet. This is not meant to carry a lot of stuff. It is great for someone who only needs very few things on them (license and one credit card works fine) but as soon as you start adding more stuff, it gets too full. So keep that in mind if you plan to use this as a wallet.Next problem I have with it is it makes it difficult to use the camera when the phone is in the case. Because when you flip it open, the back of the case covers the camera so you have to hold the case open (kind of like a book) to take photos. This is very awkward. It means I have to use two hands because I have to hold the case open with one hand and snap the photo with the other. I find myself taking the phone out of the case usually when I want to take photos. This is only for the back camera and not the front, obviously. The only way to fix this issue would be to have a hole in the front of the case as well so that it wouldn't cover the camera when you flipped it open. Then it would not look as nice when the case was closed. So it is a compromise. Besides, then you would have to push the cards down further or they would block the camera anyway. It is kind of annoying but that is the trade off for having a wallet attached to your phone.The design on the front of the case/wallet is nice but I think it would be much better if it was TARDIS blue all the way around instead of black. It would look amazing if it was actually made to look like the TARDIS all the way around so the back looked like the back of the TARDIS. As it is, I find it a little bit plain and does not really stand out like the last TARDIS case I had (which was a simple plastic case with the TARDIS design - the design started to peel off which is why I decided to replace it). The colour on this one is not very bright or maybe mine faded, I'm not sure but when I look at the photo of it, it looks like washed out in comparison. Anyway, I will probably not keep this case for too much longer, especially since it has started to rip but until I find a better one, I'll keep it. It has good points and bad so you just have to decide what is more important for you. I still really like the idea of grabbing my phone when I'm on the go and having my license already in there but I hope that I can find something else that will do the trick without so many issues.

I am very happy with my TARDIS case. I got it 5 days earlier than the estimated delivery, which was absolutely wonderful! It came very quickly, and was in perfect shape. The whole thing is a little padded to help protect your phone from damage if dropped. You snap the phone right in the plastic part inside, and you are set. It's easy to get the phone out of the case if you need to take it out, yet it holds the phone snug so it wont fall out. The plastic isn't flimsy and seems to be sturdy enough. I'm not worried about the picture on the front scratching off, because it's not printed on leather. The picture is a different fabric, which holds the picture in well. The colors are a little less bright on the actual case, but it still looks great nonetheless. The case is held closed by a magnet on the back, and I've found I can bend the front around to the back and magnet the case open, so the cover is out of the way. I've been using my case for almost a week, and feel like it will handle the being bent back just fine. I was a little skeptical about buying this case, because I didn't want to spend $22 on a case if it was going to be crap, but honestly, I'd buy it again. I love it. There are two slots on the inside of the cover, and I've had 4 cards in my case. No problems with that after breaking in my case with them for about a day. It holds the cards in good without being too tight. There is even a pocket behind the slots for cash. You can't put in a whole bunch of cash, or the case wont properly stay closed with the magnet, but I usually don't have cash anyways, so that's not a big deal for me. I recommend the case to anyone who loves doctor who! My sister is so jealous that they don't make this case for her kind of phone, and today my doctor saw my case, and he totally had a fan girl moment about it. I give it 5 stars! :D

This case is really well made and looks great. I tend to chuck my phone into my purse along with keys and other items, so having a case the envelops the entire phone was important to me. The case provides a good amount of cushioning to the phone. I've had the case for about a month and the magnetic clasp is still holding up well. I also tend to fold the front cover back when I talk on the phone, but the spine of the cover is still holding its shape through all of that. So, in short, this case looks great is of excellent quality. I'm very satisfied with it.

I was so happy to find a phone case with my beloved Dr. Who's Tardis. The quality of the exterior is quite good, and it was really useful for me when I needed a phone/wallet holder. However the Card Holder Slots, wore out pretty fast and started stretching. After some wear and tear the plastic that kept my phone in cracked.

I just want to get right in side this thing and go other places. It's really sturdy and even has a couple of places for credit cards and money, which I had not expected. The front is a fine material and seems to show no wear. The spine is leather and I do not believe the back is. Time will tell, I suppose, but it appears to be a really nice product.

I get comments on it every time someone sees my Phone! Thank you so much I love my TARDIS and I love not having to carry a purse everywhere
