This stays in place well and is very comfortable. I got it for my hairdresser because I have lots of trouble with my upper neck when I have to lean back into the sink. Several of her other customers have the same problem and they like this neck rest as well. Her old one wasn't very comfortable and it shifted all the time. She also switched the chair out for an adjustable height chair, so I can sit lower to make the angle better for my neck leaning back into the sink.

Overall good product. Clients report that it feels cushioned on their neck. Suctions well, stays in place during shampoo.

We have backwash Systems from Minerva. They came with rubbery, almost gummy neck cushions. After 3 years of use and cleaning, they were cracked and a little worse for the wear. I set out to find a suitable replacement and came upon these. They are made from a smooth rubber type material. They are a bit more firm…. Almost hard, than I expected, BUT they are comfortable. Clients say that they feel most comfortable with this type than our previous one. They also have suction cups that attach underneath the bowl. They don’t slip or fall off. I’m a fan and recommend these.

I don’t like that it slips and slide

Stays in place. Does not slip around or slide off. Find it to be comfortable and very easy to keep clean.
